1. Acceptance of Terms

By using NTool_ (ntool.io) you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

NTool_ is a free network diagnostics toolkit that offers tools for DNS analysis, SSL/TLS certificates, email, security, and networking. The service is provided "as-is" without guarantees of continuous availability.

3. Permitted Use

The service is intended for:

+ Diagnostics and analysis of domains and servers you own or are authorized to test
+ Educational and learning purposes
+ Verifying the security configuration of your own systems

4. Prohibited Use

It is expressly prohibited to use NTool_ for:

+ Massive or automated scans (scraping, bots)
+ Cyberattacks or intrusion attempts
+ Gathering information for illegal purposes
+ Any activity that violates applicable laws
+ Intentional overloading of the service (DoS)

5. Rate Limiting

To ensure the quality of the service, NTool_ implements usage limits (rate limiting). Repeated exceeding of these limits may result in temporary or permanent access blocking.

6. Limitation of Liability

NTool_ is not responsible for:

+ Accuracy or completeness of results provided by the tools
+ Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service
+ Service interruptions, whether temporary or permanent
+ Decisions made based on the results obtained

7. Intellectual Property

The source code, design, and content of NTool_ are the property of the owner. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written authorization is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective from the moment of publication on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of reference of the service owner shall have jurisdiction.
